Louise Pentland (SprinkleOfGlitter) Simply Be Collection!

I've been waiting to have the time to write up, film, capture and edit this post and I am so excited to finally be able to share it!

I am in love with Louise and her confident, bubbly personality. She is the very essence of the person I want to be and after reading her book and getting a little more of a personal insight into her past, I was completely obsessed and so excited to meet her!

Simply Be held a free SprinkleOfGlitter meet up at their London store and I was able to meet her and have a small conversation before taking a picture and leaving her to meet so many other Sprinklerino's!

After sharing a picture on Instagram I was shocked to wake up and discover that Simply Be had reposted it and then when I got a message saying I had won the entire collection, I was amazed.

I would first like to say that all the Sprinklerino's are so nice! Instead of saying how they wished they got it ect. so many people congratulated me. It made me feel so much better because I felt seriously bad that I was getting it over so many others that had entered the competition tens of times.

So onto the clothes! A little bit of heaven... Disclaimer: All product pictures are from the Simply Be website and can be linked to go directly to the page, but all other photos I have taken myself :)

In all the photos and lookbook I am wearing all Louise's collection; make-up wise I am wearing Pore Refining Solutions Instant Perfecting Makeup in Ivory for the first time and it looks gorgeous in pictures :)

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER POLKA DOT DRESS - £35
I think this dress is super simple and cute. I love the pattern and the little detail on the trim, lined with pom-poms, is darling but it is a bit shapeless. I probably wouldn't wear it out and about but I do think it's a perfect dress around a swimming pool on holiday, over a bikini. Plus it will look amazing with a tan!
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER DUNGAREE DRESS - £45
Dungarees are so in right now and I never thought I'd be the one to wear one but when I saw this, I instantly fell in love! It is simple and will go with anything. It has a gorgeous gold detailed zipper and what I found interesting was that it was a skirt not shorts! I would say that it is a big fit so if you are between sizes, go for the smaller size, especially if like me, you have a short torso because the straps are a little long and loose.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER NETTED SKIRT - £48

I can't get over how many skirts Louise has included in this collection. They are all so girly and pretty but also so different in so many ways. This is probably one of the easiest dresses to pair with tops. It's in a pink blush shade and has no pattern so it's just a solid colour.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER SCUBA SKIRT WITH PATENT BELT - £55
My mum's favourite skirt is this floral satin number. It comes with a matching belt in a hot pink so it stands out a little. The fabric is so silky smooth and it's very much a summery, lightweight outfit option. My biggest worry about this is finding tops to go with it but as it is fairly colourful I think you can probably get away with tying in the highlighted colours.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER JACQUARD SKIRT - £55
Now onto my favourite skirt...can you tell? I had way too much fun twirling in this. It's a much thicker and fuller skirt but I love the soft baby pink colouring with the checkered pattern. In short: buy it!
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER PRINTED STRAPPY DRESS - £55
Okay, I had no idea how much I would love this pattern! I saw this online and didn't think much of it but when it came in the post, I was so happy this pattern was on not just one dress, but two! This dress is so flattering, comfy and easy to wear. It's straps fall in just the right place to hide the flabby bits and it's just a really stunning cut with the belt falling in the perfect position. A lot of the dresses in this collection are a little low but not this one. It's a lovely girly cut but high enough that I feel very comfortable and would be able to do every activity imaginable in it.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER SCALLOP DETAIL DRESS - £55
The scalloped detail around the sleeves is probably my favourite thing about this dress. That and the pop of gold! It's a very summery dress in hot pink and I think that the gold just breaks that solid fabric in the block colour down and then also gives you another colour to match accessories to. It's very easy to wear and a high quality fabric. I would say that the chest area fits a little big so be aware when purchasing.

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER PRINTED JERSEY PLAYSUIT - £55
This is the second dress in that fabric I love. First things first, it is very low cut! It is very much a plunging neckline so I think if I were to wear it out, I would defintely not feel comfortable until I wore a small cami underneath. This is the dress that is completely different to the others; it is made out of a very soft and thin jersey material. I was going to complain about the name and say that it isn't a jumpsuit at all but it turns out I was wearing it wrong! Oops! I think it still looks nice though so maybe I can get away with it... There is a little 'flap' of material that I wore on the outside but I think maybe you put your leg through it... ?
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER PRINTED DRESS - £60
This and the next dress are very similar. Thick and sturdy fabric with little give which is why I was surprised when I saw this on in the mirror. I can't believe how gorgeous this cut is! The sleeves are longer than I normally wear but they don't cut in, instead they just shape and the belt adds a pop of colour exactly where needed, at the smallest point...the waist!
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER PRINTED FLOWER DRESS - £60
Probably the most 'Louise' style dress, in this very fun and girly pink, floral pattern. I wasn't very thrilled with this at first because I hate floral patterns. But it's actually grown on me A LOT! It's a super flattering cut and the flare hides a multitude on sins in the abdominal region.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER LACE DRESS - £75
The final dress is what I would say is defintely the sexiness number! I can't wait to wear this to some sort of fancy event. I just think this dress is the best and most comfiest! Unlike the others, it's a darker navy colour which I always tend to feel more confident in anyways but this fit is just stunning! The 3/4 sleeve is in lace which is so pretty and delicate but in person, the lace extends over the whole dress. Buttons extend over the chest area making it really easy to take on and off. I'm not usually one for super high necklines because I get a little claustrophobic but it's actually really easy to wear and I think the collared detail makes the dress complete. The only negative of this dress is that because it has such delicate detail, the lace overlay is very easily caught. Unfortunately mine came with a few loose strands and then I caught another piece with my nail. Sigh...I wonder how long this will last.

Then there are 3 very similar looking tops. I wore 2 of the 3 but I didn't notice the different neckline.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER WRAP TOP - £18

This is a really simple navy top but it is once again very plunging in its neckline so I would either wear a jacket over it, like the cardigan later on, or wear a cami underneath.

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER LONG SLEEVED BODY - £22
I hadn't noticed that this neckline was rounded rather than v-necked, which I prefer but I don't like the leotard design. It doesn't seem to fit right and it is rather uncomfortable to fasten so I honestly don't think I will ever wear this. I think it might be a little gift to my much smaller sister.

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER WRAP TOP - £25

Okay I'm in love! This almost woolen-like feel wrap top is amazing! It is so soft but best of all it is flattering, easy to wear and will go with everything. I paired this with the navy top and it made me feel much happier with the neck line.

A lot of the collection is smart but there are a few casual pieces in the form of these loose trousers and t-shirts.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER CROPPED PRINTED TROUSER - £35
I am so sad that the video I took of these in my lookbook was completely out of focus but it was so cute! My dog Holly wanted to get in on the action and so I happily obliged. These trousers are comfier than leggings! They are seriously so loose and comfy, you can pair them with almost anything and I can't wait to wear these while travelling this summer.

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER GLITTER POCKET TOP - £22

I did a lookbook on almost all the items in the collection but I didn't include the denim jacket, glitter slogan top or cat cami. These are probably the most versatile items in the collection and will go with almost everything so I have no worries about finding something that they will go with. One thing I love about the whole collection is that all the skirts and tops go.Finding outfits is always something I worry about when buying new clothes, so the fact that all the pieces match or can be mixed, is perfect and makes the prices much more desirable.
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER DENIM JACKET - £40
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER CAT PRINT CAMISOLE - £16

SPRINKLE OF GLITTER SLOGAN TEE - £22
I have yet to receive the grey embellished mesh skirt but I can't wait to get it because I think it is stunning!
SPRINKLE OF GLITTER EMBELLISHED MESH SKIRT - £70
Overall, all the clothes are made in a very high quality and in thick, durable but soft fabric. One thing I always look for in new clothes is whether I need help to put them on and all these clothes are manageable by myself. In fact more than that, they are easy to put on! The majority of the clothes are very flatteringly and the best thing about everything? They all have pockets!

Right now, there is a sale going on over almost the whole collection saving a lot of money so head to Simply Be right now to get the discounts! Click here to get the whole collection or click on the individual links under each picture.
